Treatment Connect process all the Treatment Choice form data communications. Treatment Connect aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days, Mondya to Friday excluding bank holidays. We provide information on your patient pathway relevant to your journey. This may include basic procedure information, the location of your chosen hospital, a choice of consultants, pricing information, what to do next and how to contact the hospital of your choice. We wil not and may not provide any medical advice or refer you to a consultant or hospital. You would have to visit your GP or a consultant for any diagnostics or treatment advice.
